Little Shop of Horrors is a dark comedy musical that follows Seymour Krelborn, a meek and awkward florist’s assistant who works at a struggling flower shop in a run-down part of town. His luck changes when he discovers a mysterious, unusual plant that he names Audrey II, after his coworker and crush, Audrey. As Seymour cares for the plant, he realizes it has an insatiable appetite for something quite unusual, and its rapid growth begins to bring him fame, fortune, and the attention he’s always wanted. However, as Audrey II’s demands increase, Seymour is forced to make difficult choices, leading to unforeseen consequences that spiral out of control.
